Mr. R. Balasubramanian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in July 1977. He become an associate member of the Institute in November 1977 and subsequently became a fellow in May/June 1983. He is in continuous practice since 1977. He has completed certificate course in 2006 (Batch V) – Executive General Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is also a member of Institute of Internal Auditors of India. He has been appointed on the Panel of Arbitrators, at the Regional Arbitration Centre at Delhi of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, Mumbai.
