Mr. R. Balasubramanian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in July 1977. He become an associate member of the Institute in November 1977 and subsequently became a fellow in May/June 1983. He is continuously in practice since 1977. He has completed certificate course in 2006 (Batch V) – Executive General Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is also a member of Institute of Internal Auditors of India. He has been appointed on the Panel of Arbitrators, at the Regional Arbitration Centre at Delhi of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, Mumbai.

Mrs. Lalitha Krishnamurthy is a graduate in Economics (Hons.) from LSR, Delhi. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and was conferred Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1988.
Mrs Krishnamurthy has been a partner in the firm since 1983 and has been handling Taxation matters since the beginning. She specializes in appellate work, at CIT and ITAT levels in Direct Taxes covering the entire gamut of Income Tax and Wealth Tax provisions. She also has experience in the audit of Religious and Charitable Trusts, NGOs and Co-operative societies. Apart from ITAT, Mrs Krishnamurthy also appears before the CESTAT for Service Tax matters and RBI/ Ministry of Finance for FEMA related work.  

Mr. Ravi Kumar has an All India Rank to his credit in the Intermediate and Final examinations of the Institute. On completion of his articleship with Price Waterhouse, Kolkata, Mr Ravi Kumar worked with industry around four years with corporates like Indian Oxygen and Brooke Bond India. He has recently setup a New Software Company in Kolkata along with Technical and Marketing Professionals. The Company has picked up a number of software and ITES jobs. Also, the Company has been appointed as an implementation partner by SAP for their all products. He is in professional practice since April, 1988. Mr. Ravi Kumar oversees the Business Advisory & Financial Services Divisions of the firm at Kolkata.

Mr. Dipen Parekh has been in practice since 1987. Earlier, Mr. Parekh was proprietor of M/s D. V. Parekh & Associates. Later his firm merged into S. Ramanand Aiyar & Co. Mr. Parekh oversees the Audit & Assurance Services Divisions of the firm at Mumbai. 

Mr. Binod Chandra Maharana qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 and has more than 25 years of post-qualification experience. He is proficient in dealing with statutory audits of large corporate, Bank audits, Internal Audits of manufacturing and service sectors, Internal and concurrent audit of financial institutions, Inspection of brokers, Mutual Funds and sub-brokers under SEBI regulation. He has having rich experience of aspects of conducting business in Gulf and Middle East. He was consultant to M/S Al Ayad International LLC, Oman, and Al Khwaja Overseas LLC, Dubai a group company having business establishment at Oman, Dubai, Jordan, India, Egypt and US on various Accounting and business issues.
Prior to this, Mr. Maharana was partner of R. Prabhu & Associates. Mr. Maharana oversees the Audit & Financial Services Divisions of the firm at Mumbai.

Mr. Parsuram Katwa qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1999. He has been admitted as a partner of the firm in 2009. Mr. Katwa has been continuously in association with the firm as a Chartered Accountant since the year 2008.
Mr. Katwa specializes in the field of Audit and Assurance Services & Tax compliances. 

Mr. Amit Singhvi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007 and has been in practice since December, 2008. Since inception of his professional career he has been in partnership with S.Ramanand Aiyar & Co..
Mr. Singhvi has attained fellowship in December 2013 and is in charge of the Indore Branch of the firm. He is an ISA certified and also have certificate in Forensic Audit. Mr. Singhvi specializes in the field of Audit and Assurance Services, Tax Compliance and Concurrent Audit. He has also attained a significant experience in the field of field Audit of Government Departments at the local self-level and also possesses a command in the audit of various Govt. schemes.

Ms. Vidhi Agrawal qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2009. She is also a qualified Company Secretary. Since inception of her professional career, her core area of expertise has been Direct Taxes. She represent the clients before various Income Tax Authorities viz. Assessing Officers and CIT(A). She assists the senior partners at ITAT level.

Gaurav Arya qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2011. Since inception of his professional career, his core area of expertise has been Indirect Taxes, especially Service Tax. He specializes in indirect tax refund claims, departmental audits, analysis & interpretation of provisions under the Service Tax statute, , CENVAT Credit Rules, VAT, Excise, Customs Act for various multinationals in Information Technology, BPO/KPO, Publishers, Logistics, etc. Regarding his experience in GST, Gaurav has conducted numerous knowledge sharing sessions and steered the GST impact assessment projects for various clients.
Gaurav is also faculty of ICAI for orientation program conducted for CA students.

Ms. Himani Jain qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011 and is a graduate in commerce. She has completed Certificate Course on International Taxation conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2014. Since inception, she has been handling direct taxation matters. Mr. Puneet Jain qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2011. He holds a degree of Bachelor’s in Commerce from Shivaji College, Delhi University. He is also holds certificate of Concurrent auditor issued by ICAI. He has over 6 years of diversified experience in professional services in the areas of audit and accounting advisory, legal consulting and taxation. He has worked extensively on statutory audit of large corporate organisations and fast growing private companies across a range of industries including Banks/NBFC’s, Insurance companies, IT sector, Hospitality sector and Social sector. He has significant experience supporting companies with complex accounting matters under various financial reporting frameworks including IGAAP and IND AS and advising on wide range of Corporate tax issues.

Mr. Nitesh Gupta qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011 and is a graduate in commerce. Post qualification, he was associated with Big 4 (Ernst & Young, KPMG) in Tax practice for over six years and has joined S. Ramanand Aiyar & Co. as partner in-charge of Gurgaon Branch in 2019.
