Mr. Maharana is a chartered accountant having more than 17 years of post qualification experience. He is proficient in dealing with statutory audits of large corporate, Bank audits, Internal Audits of manufacturing and service sectors, Internal and concurrent audit of financial institutions, Inspection of brokers, Mutual Funds and sub-brokers under SEBI regulation. He has having rich experience of aspects of conducting business in Gulf and Middle East. He was consultant to M/S Al Ayad International LLC, Oman, and Al Khwaja Overseas LLC,Dubai a group company having business establishment at Oman, Dubai, Jordan, India, Egypt and US on various Accounting and business issues.

Prior to this, Mr. Maharana was partner of R. Prabhu & Associates.

Mr. Maharana oversees the audit & financial Services Divisions of the firm at Mumbai.
